Ahead of the first preliminary round of the CAF Champions League campaigner, Remo Stars have decided to hand Ghana’s star Daniel Akanbek a contract extension to strengthen their playing staff ahead of their first preliminary round tie with Moroccan side, ASFAR.
The game against AS FAR of Morocco is slated to hold between August 16th and 18th and the management of the club has assiduously keep their good players while also getting new players to beef up.

After tying Frank Mawuena to a new deal on Sunday, the club has extended the stay of Akanbek with confirmation that that the Ghanaian has signed a two-year extension.
” We are delighted to announce that Daniel Akanbek has signed a new contract extension with the Stars,” the club said. “The Ghanaian put pen to paper on a two-year deal.”
