    Sean Tizzle set to release new single ‘Husband and Wife’

    Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Oluwaseun Oluwabamidele, better known as Sean Tizzle, has announced plans to release a new single titled ‘Husband and Wife’ on January 1, 2026.

    Sean Tizzle, who announced this in a statement on Sunday, described the new single as a refined return to his signature sound, infused with romance, warmth, and musical maturity.

    The artist said the new release signals the beginning of a new creative phase for his musical career and promised a steady rollout of music throughout next year.

    He also revealed that he would later in the year release his third studio album, The New Testament, a body of work he described as a reflection of artistic growth, lived experience, and renewed creative direction.

    According to him, the album will blend classic influences with contemporary Afrobeats production, reinforcing his relevance in the evolving global music scene.

    Beyond recorded music, Sean Tizzle added that he is set to reconnect with fans through live performances, with a show scheduled in Lagos this February and performing in major international cities, including New York, Toronto, and London.

    Sean Tizzle pays tribute to Sound Sultan’s enduring legacy

    Singer Sean Tizzle has paid a heartfelt tribute to his late mentor, Sound Sultan, who died of cancer in July 2021.

    In a lengthy Instagram post, Tizzle described Sultan as a big brother, guide, and quiet force who believed in him when others didn’t.

    He recalled how Sultan discovered his talent and supported him, teaching him not just music but also humility, grace, and the importance of using his voice for more than just melodies.

    Tizzle expressed regret for not expressing his gratitude earlier, wishing he had told Sultan how much he impacted his life and career before he passed away.

    He described Sultan as selfless, giving without expecting anything in return, and stated that his impact lives on in every song, stage, and performance.

    He wrote: “A Letter to My Mentor…Dear Sound Sultan, It’s taken me years to find the right words. Maybe I was scared they wouldn’t be enough. Maybe I was still trying to understand how to say goodbye.

    “You were more than just a legend to me. You were a big brother, a guide, a quiet force who saw something in me before the world ever did. You gave me a chance when others wouldn’t even look my way. You believed, and that belief lit a fire that still burns in me today.

    “I remember the early days your words, your encouragement, your way of making greatness look effortless. You didn’t just teach me about music. You taught me humility, grace, and the importance of using my voice for more than just melodies.

    “You were selfless. You gave without expecting. You showed up when you didn’t have to. And though you’re not here with us in the physical, your impact lives on in every song, every stage I step on, every time someone says “Sho Lee still hits different.”

    “I wish I had said this earlier, to your face. I wish I hugged you tighter. But now, I say it to the world:

    “Thank you, Sound Sultan. I am because you were. I carry your spirit with me always. Forever grateful. Sean Tizzle”.

    However, the “Wasted” singer revealed during a recent interview that he would drop more singles this year than the previous years and he seen to be meeting up with his promises.

    It was a night of thrills when music sensations Small Doctor, Sean Tizzle, CDQ led other artistes to ignite the spirit of fans and fun seekers to lock down the city of Ibadan as the rising entertainment outfit, Kafumukache Entertainment to launch itself in a grand style.

    The event tagged: The Unveiling packaged by the newest entertainment outfit in the country, was graced by notable faces in the industry, such as popular comedian, Omobaba; actor, Muyiwa Ademola, among others, and anchored by Peteru and Kiekie.

     

    The popular Mauve 21 premises was filled to its capacity. The event was not only about music performance as it also featured talent hunt for up-and-coming musicians, precisely rappers and comedians.

    The creative display of the finalists both in the rapping and comedy categories was one of the highpoints of the event, where Sultan won as the best rapper and Tachi emerged the comedy category, just as they the entertainment outfit signed the duo on a one year deal.

    Sean Tizzle and CDQ respectively thrilled the event, while the venue came alive when Small Doctor ‘stormed’ the stage, as well as splashed cash and branded T-Shirt to best dancer.

    Aside from dazzling all with his popular hits, he did not leave the stage without an advice to the youths: “There is no limitation to what a street boy can achieve. I was once a bus conductor and okada rider, but I rediscovered myself and here I am today. I thank God for turning my life around.”

    The Chief Operating Officer, Mr Olukinni Folusho, said the outfit had not only come to set a new standard in the industry, but also take charge of the entertainment industry and promote the up-and-coming talents.

    STILL basking on the success of his EP, Afro Pop artiste, Sean Tizzle has released a new single titled Wasted. The new song which was released on Wednesday was produced by Krizbeatz who has produced some of the hottest songs in 2017.

    Announcing the new single on his Instagram page, the Roll Up singer wrote “This is arguably the finest tune and going to be the biggest song this year. Can I get an Amen?

    Wasted was released alongside the visuals which was shot in Los Angeles, California, USA.

    Recall that Sean Tizzle shot into limelight with Shole in 2013 which became an instant hit and the singer has since the proven to be a force to reckon winning various awards.

    Recal that Sean Tizzle had earlier released ‘Thank You’ video which was the first video from the EP and then ‘Latin Lover’ which features American Rapper Dax Empire.

    The Extended Play (EP) “Moving Forward” Vol 1 was released under his new label, Tizzle Nation, consisting of seven tracks and featuring artistes like Davido, Iceberg Slim and Dax Empire.

    Last Friday, Nigerian singer Sean Tizzle finally released his much anticipated EP, ‘Moving Forward’.
    The extended play is a seven-tracker which contains guest appearances by Davido, Iceberg Slim and Dax Mpire.
    Before its release, a single, ‘Thank You’, was dropped off the ‘Moving Forward’ EP. It was accepted massively, as fans of the artiste have waited for months while he was off the music radar.
    However, the ‘S’ole’ crooner’s come-back single ‘Hit and Run’ which featured Canadian singer Tory Lanez was not included in the EP.

    Coming off his soon-to-be release extended play (EP) Moving Forward volume 1, versatile musician, Sean Tizzle welcomes the New Year with Thank You.

    Though he has been off the music radar for some time working underground, Sean made a comeback mid last year with Hit and Run employing the craftsmanship of Canadian singer, Tory Lanez on the track.

    A source from the singer’s camp said Sean realised that God has been faithful to him, so he had to say Thank You. The visuals to Thank You which was shot in the United States and directed by Africalabash was also released the same day with the song.

    The album, Moving Forward volume 1, is expected to drop on January 20.

    NIGERIAN artiste, Oluwaseun Morinhafe popularly known as Sean Tizzle, is back with a new single which features top Canadian Singer, Tory Lanez.

    From the trenches of his new entertainment outfit, Tizzle Nation comes his first official single titled Hit and Run.

    Having dazzled the music industry with several club bangers like Sho Lee, Eruku Shaye Po, and Loke Loke among others. Hit and Run features Canada’s top rated artiste Tory Lanez who also recently released his debut album titled I Told You enjoying major recognition around the world.

    The track is presented by DJ Asap of Dallas K104FM/BET’s DJ of the year and is produced by Dr. Frabz.

    Production credits also go to J White and Gunwa as well for their fine tuning tactics. In a situation where both artists are considered “underdogs” it makes so much sense for the matchup, music pundits have said.

    The artiste’s sophomore album is titled Moving Forward.

    Since its release, the song has been featured on Revolt TV making it available for worldwide streaming.
