A sociocultural club, The Ibadan Vanguard Sisters, has felicitated with its grand patron, Senator Sharafadeen Alli (Oyo South) on his elevation by the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin from Maye Olubadan to Ekarun Balogun Olubadan of Ibadanland.
The Club said the elevation was well deserved, describing it as a testament to Senator Alli’s dedication and service to humanity.

A statement by the President of the club, Van. Toyin Bade-Suarau, a retired Deputy Comptroller of Immigration, said the club sees Senator Alli’s elevation as pride to Ibadanland and Oyo state at large.
According to the statement, members of the club are honored to have Alli as their patron who is dedicated to greatness and peace of Ibadan and Nigeria in general.
“We pray that God guide, guard and bless him as he assumes the new role.
“We celebrate this elevation with joy and gladness in our hearts.
