    Segun Arinze has teamed up with other actors like Joseph Momodu, Lota Chukwu, Seun Akindele and Rose Odika to star in a new movie titled ‘The Executioner.’

    The movie which was released on July 26 tells a story of a D.P.O. (Segun Arinze) whose son is a notorious armed robber (Joseph Momodu), with an identity that is a tough nut to crack for Inspector Mustapha (Seun Akindele) and his team of policemen.

    An intelligence Officer(Lota Chukwu) gets to know of the robbers secret, the revelation then prompts this D.P.O. father to make moves to save his son from the hands of the law.

    The movie which was directed by Adewale Rasaq was produced by Princess Folakemi.

    NOLLYWOOD screen hunk, Seun Akindele is finally getting married. Although the details of Seun’s wedding are yet to be made public, on Wednesday, his pre-wedding photos were released and the lucky lady is Toun.

    The Ekiti born actor, a graduate of History and International Relations of the Lagos State University, Ojo broke into the Nollywood scene with his performance at the Amstel Malta Box Office.

    Since then, he has worked in quite a number of movies such as On Bended Knees, The Antique, Heroes and Villains, The Banker andOge’s Sister.

    Popular Nollywood actress, Empress Njamah, actor Seun Akindele and other actors in the entertainment industry will today, grace the premiere of Emily K which holds at Barcelona Hotel, Wuse II, Abuja.

    Empress, who plays a lead role in the movie, will join other cast to hit the red carpet at 5pm, ahead of the start of movie scheduled for 6pm.

    Emily K, a movie directed and produced by Peter Kundum, explores stories about people living with terminal illnesses, especially heart related ailments.

    “We want people to know that there are people suffering with these ailments,” said Kundum, explaining the motivation for the film.  ”We want to encourage people living with any heart related diseases to be hopeful and for people to also care for them.

    “I can tell you that once this movie is out, many Nigerians will love it because of the research works that went into it. We worked tirelessly to ensure that the movie succeeds.”

    Other actors in the movie, which was shot entirely in the Federal Capital Territory, include ChuksChyke, Gina Castel, Dr.Ayuba, A-JAy of Threadstone and a host of others.

  • Tamara Eteimo, Seun Akindele dazzle in Unblissful

    Nollywood actress, Tamara Eteimo, has just finished works on her latest flick titled Unblissful, which she co-produced with Oby Olebara Uzoukwu.

    Written by Gbenga Adesanya and directed by fast-rising director, Ike Nnaebue, the movie is a romantic thriller, showing the lives and sarcastic travails of two frustrated adults, Raymond Citizen, an insurance marketer and Jeffa Adolo, a beautiful but out-of-job journalist, both desiring to break out of the jinx which surrounds their personal and professional lives.

    Other casts of the movie include Rachel Oniga, Funsho Adeolu and Ghanaian Ron Solomon Maxwell.

    While on location in Lagos, BBC crew led by Margaret stormed the set of Unblissful to capture the artistic splendour of Nollywood Reloaded, using some of the finest film technology that exist to inspire, inform and entertain people of all ages with positive, enriching motion picture experiences.

    Nollywood Reloaded is a new movie company behind the production of Unblissful. Set to take over Nollywood production, in the last six months Nollywood Reloaded has shoot in total 11 movies including all Tamara’s three productions. Others include Nne, Cassanova, Pure Chances, Awoyaju, The Waiter, Dancehood, Kan ni wo ni, Afara Oyin and Omo Inu Igo.
