    Zakarian: Simon is dangerous

Montpelier head coach, Michel Der Zakarian has admitted that Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon has the deft touch and dribbling skills that can hurt his team ahead of their Sunday’s French Ligue One tie with Nantes FC.

Montpelier beat Lorient 3-0 away from home while Nantes served Strasbourg the same treatment in a 2-1 triumph at the latter’s home ground.

“Compared to Moses (Simon), my feeling is that he had his best matches when he was associated with Coulibaly or Kolo Muani, when they were two in front,” Zakarian disclosed.

“I find him much less predictable and much more difficult to identify and take into account when he is able to sweep away any the width of the opposing defense. He has this preference on the left side.

“But we see once again, as in Strasbourg, that he can make differences almost everywhere and that’s what I like about this use. He is today at the age of maturity and emotional control, of sessions, of match preparations. And then, I think that he sets important objectives for himself this year. He does not want to decline in the performance.”
