    African youths model and visionary entrepreneur, Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu, has hailed Seyi Tinubu on his 40th birthday, describing him as a bridge builder, a peace agent and a supportive son every parent would love to have.

    The chairman of the Stanel Group and The Delborough Lagos gave the description in his birthday felicitation message to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s son on Monday.

    Uzochukwu said that Seyi Tinubu, in his public dispositions, has put some growing regional pressure under control by his tours across the country not minding the President’s critics.

    According to him, such passionate moves naturally build bridges and unite the nation to remain one entity despite perceived differences.

    “Congratulations on your 40th birthday, my dear brother, Seyi! Closely, I considered your virtues as that of a bridge builder and a peace agent,” he said.

    “Age 40 is a starting point in life and I have no doubt in your ability, humility, determination and commitment to Nigeria’s unity and peaceful coexistence, Dr. Uzochukwu added while praising Seyi’s contributions to nation building at such an early age.

    “Thank you for supporting Mr. President. We are proud of you. Happy birthday!”.

    Koroma, Mutfwang laud Stanley Uzochukwu’s humanitarian impacts in Nigeria

    Stanel Group/The Delborough Lagos Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu has taken humanitarian impacts further in Nigeria by donating personal residence for orphanage and building a state-of-the-art WAEC and NECO approved school for orphans and less privileged Nigerians in Jos, the Plateau State capital.

    ‎The African youths model announced the donation while empowering widows, disabled and less privileged Nigerians with over 3000 modern sewing machines, grinding machines, wheel chairs and food items worth over One Billion Naira (N1,000,000,000.00) through his foundation, Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation to mark his birthday.

    ‎The Foundation is committed to improving the living standards of orphans, widows, disabled and other less privileged Nigerians across the thirty six (36) states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja through education, mentorship and empowerment.

    ‎The commitment has kick-started with the official commissioning of the rebuilding of JOFIN orphanage home housing a well equipped and computerized WAEC and NECO approved school in addition to donating his residence for orphans in Jos today, Wednesday 30th July 2025.

    ‎Stanley did not just build the home and the school for the orphans and less privileged Nigerians in Jos but he also equipped the school with modern science equipment, computer lab, pays salaries of all staff and caregivers, feeds and awards free education to all the students (orphans and less privileged) at all levels as well as providing for their basic needs.

    ‎In September 2024 when The Delborough Lagos boss’ attention was drawn to the starving orphans and the dilapidated state of the JOFIN Orphanage Home in Jos, Dr. Stanley immediately directed the SUF Chief Executive Officer and her team to reach out to the management of the Home. The team relocated to Jos and fed the suffering orphans for over a week, treated them medically and provided their educational needs including uniform, sandals, books, toiletries, soaps, body creams, etc and enough raw food from them till date.

    It was then the Foundation brought succor to the orphans with a promise to transform the Home by rebuilding the structure, equipping the school, drilling a solar-powered borehole and providing food items and all other basic needs of the suffering children.

    ‎Having completed all the promises/projects in less than a year, Dr. Stanley returned to Jos to commission the transformed orphanage and to also mark his birthday with the orphans, less privileged and widows alike.

    ‎Remarkable highlight of the event was the presentation of 3,500 sewing machines, grinding machines, wheel chairs and food items to widows, disabled and less privileged Nigerians by the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang and supported by former President of Sierra Leone, Ernest Bai Koroma.

    ‎Addressing the crowd, Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu said: “I am only fulfilling a covenant made with God today and I am indeed grateful to Him”

    ‎He urged the beneficiaries to maximize the opportunity saying, “Don’t sell the equipment. My wife is coming to train you on tailoring and set up a fashion design for each of you.”

    ‎Dr. Uzochukwu thanked his excellencies Gov Mutfwang and Koroma for giving the widows and the disabled persons the privilege to see a sitting governor and a former president in their midst.

    ‎Lauding Dr. Stanley Uzochukwu’s humanitarian impacts on the Plateau people, Gov Caleb Mutfwang said: “I rejoice with the beneficiaries of SUF Initiatives and gestures. This gives honour to God Almighty. The prayers of the women and less privileged will keep you progressing in life.

    ‎”I enjoy other well-to-do and influential Nigerians to emulate Dr Stanley.”

    ‎On his part, President Koroma thanked Dr. Stanley for his humanitarian impacts while congratulating him on his birthday.

    ‎Koroma urged other influential Nigerians to emulate Dr. Stanley to provide relief for the less privileged Nigerians and also charged the beneficiaries to utilize the gifts with determination to make something out of it so that they would also be of helpers to others in the society.

    ‎In October 2024, Stanley Uzochukwu foundation gave N40m empowerment grants to 80 SMEs and over the years the Foundation has trained, mentored and empowered over 5,000 Nigerian youths through its annual empowerment program tagged, ‘Master Class With Stanel’ initiative.

    Former Sierra Leonian President Dr Ernest Bai Koroma;  has commended the Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation for its laudable efforts on human capital development, empowerment and job creation hugely impacting the economy.

    Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation organised mentorship and business master class for the selected 80 SMEs that were empowered with N40m.

    Koroma gave the commendations during the grant ceremony at The Delborough Lagos hotel in Lagos last week.

    Commending the efforts of the Foundation and its founder, Dr Stanley Uzochukwu, Koroma said: “I’m overwhelmed with what I have experienced, heard, seen here today and it gives me hope in African successful young men like Dr Stanley.”

    The former President, who assisted in the presentation of the grants to beneficiaries, said: “The moment I experienced today is the moment that’s required in all African Nations to grow her economy. The government cannot do it alone without private individual players such as this Foundation is playing.”

    The former President noted that the bedrock of every nation’s economy is the Small and Medium Enterprises while enjoying other African business leaders to emulate the gesture in their respective nations.

    Aside from Koroma, the grants ceremony attracted Providus bank Executive Director, Adeoye Ojuroye; Blake Resort Managing Director/Chairman, Chief Uzochukwu Akunedozi; Managing Director of Bank of Industry (BoI), Mr Emmanuel Azuka Okofu; Director-General of Rochas Okorocha Foundation, Miss Uchechi Rochas and other dignitaries.

    Bringing to bear its mission to boost Nigerian economy by growing Small and Medium Enterprises aiming at engaging self-employed young people in Nigeria,

    Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation has empowered 80 businesses with N40 million grants.

    The Foundation was in the news last week for committing to rebuilding Orphanage, classrooms, revamping educational facilities, nutritional needs and training of orphans at JOFIN Orphanage Home, Jos, Plataeu State. 

    The grant ceremony last Saturday in Lagos at The Delborough Lagos hotel, attracted Sierra Leone President, Ernest Bai Koroma; Providus bank Executive Director, Adeoye Ojuroye; Blake Resort Managing Director/Chairman, Chief Uzochukwu Akunedozi; Managing Director of Bank of Industry (BoI), Mr Emmanuel Azuka Okofu; Director-General of Rochas Okorocha Foundation, Miss Uchechi Rochas and other dignitaries.

    CEO of the Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation (SUF), Dr. Jovita Ibie welcomed the charged the beneficiaries to open their minds to receive what, according to her, was worth more than the grant, referring to the rich success story of the Chairman and founder of the Foundation, Dr Stanley Uzochukwu to be shared with them.

    During the mentorship session, the Guest Speaker, Arc Apeh Iwodi, admonished the beneficiaries to be prudent in utilising the grants to take their businesses to the next level.

    Dr Stanley who shared factors and keys to success with the beneficiaries, congratulated the lucky winners of the grants and charged them to utilize the opportunity to transform their lives. 

    He stated the Foundation was not only empowering them but ialso ready to mentor, network and guide them towards achieving entrepreneurial success. 

    He informed the Foundation would monitor the growth of the businesses and do all it takes to increase the grants in the next phase and would also connect them to business opportunities.

    He gave a few of the beneficiaries cash awards of N500,000 each for outstanding products while he ordered immediate showcasing and engaging products and services of the beneficiaries in Stanel World Mart and locations across the country. 

    Complementing his efforts, the Blake Resort CEO, Akunedozi also announced N2m support to the beneficiaries of the Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation empowerment grants.

    Providus bank Executive Director, Ojuroye commended the Foundation efforts and offered to feature the beneficiaries in the Bank’s SMEs programs as well as using the products and services of the beneficiaries in the Bank’s locations.

    Commending the efforts of the Foundation and its Chairman, President Koroma said: “I’m overwhelmed with what I have experienced, heard, seen here today and it gives me hope in Africans successful young men like Dr Stanley.

    “The moment I experienced today is the moment that’s required in all African Nations. The testimonies I witnessed today are the type of leadership that Africa needs. And it pleases me that it’s coming from African youths,” he said. 

    Filled with the atmosphere of greatness and transformation for the opportunity to be with a sitting president of a nation and other successful business leaders, the beneficiaries expressed appreciation to the Stanley Uzochukwu Foundation as many beneficiaries pledged to support the Foundation’s orphanage projects with their products and services.
