    Sujimoto, Plateau launch 30,000-hectare rice farm to aid food security

    sujimoto Group, real estate developer, has partnered Plateau State  to launch Sujimoto Rice  Farm Estate.

    Group Managing Director,  Dr. Sijibomi Ogundele, leading a team to Jos, emphasised the impact of this partnership in revolutionising agriculture. “Sujimoto Rice Farm Estate represents our commitment to propel the sector forward.”

     The partnership can be traced to a letter by Sujimoto to Governor Caleb Mutfwang on the need for a rice farm estate of 30,000 hectares — a visionpoised to boost agriculture.

     The delegation from Sujimoto Group was received at Yakubu Gowon Airport by Jerry Malo, indigenous agro-based machinery entrepreneur, symbolising the unity and spirit driving this endeavour.

    Mutfwang hailed the project, stressing the need to leverage the state’s fertile land and climate for agriculture.

    “This partnership represents a moment in our effort to enhance food security,” the governor said.

    ‘‘Sujimoto Rice Farm Estate is a multifaceted ecosystem integrating housing, farm hospitals, hotels, and markets—a blueprint for agro-tourism and sustainable development.

    The delegation left Jos with a renewed vision to propel Plateau towards self-sufficiency and prosperity through agricultural initiatives. Ogundele’s leadership epitomises the group’s commitment to pushing boundaries in real estate and agriculture, representing a milestone to elevate Plateau State as a beacon of agro-tourism and food production in Africa.

    Luxury real estate and construction company Sujimoto is set to unveil a luxury night club ‘Silencio’ in Lagos State.

    The CEO Dr. Sijibomi Ogundele compared the club to the likes of Raspoutine in Paris, France; Cirque Le Soir in London and many others in the world.

    The Law degree holder from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom said it is not just a walk-in club but exclusive as the highest politicians, business moguls, young entrepreneurs and celebrities will be there.

    The real estate chief explained that people don’t have rights to be there except on invitations, adding that there will be top international Disk Jockeys.

    Sijibomi noted that it is going to be affordable despite its exclusiveness, stating it is a playground where friends come together.

    He added: ‘Silencio’ exudes an opportunity to meet people and just know more about leaders in different industries.

    “It is imperative to let the public know that we are about to unveil not just a night-club but an exclusive one called ‘Silencio’.

    “SILENCIO can be compared to exclusive clubs like Raspoutine in Paris, France; Cirque Le Soir in London and many others in the world.

    “You don’t just walk into Silencio. It is only for the exclusive. Don’t be surprised to find the highest politicians, business moguls, young entrepreneurs, and celebrities.

    “You don’t have the right to be there. We are the ones that will invite you. There will be top international DJs,most beautiful women.

    “The fact that it is exclusive does not mean it is going to expensive. It is going to be cheaper than others. It is a playground where I bring my friends and things like that.

    Dr. Ogundele expressed his determination to diversify Sujimoto’s brand and expand its vision beyond Nigeria, unveiling plans for the construction of Africa’s tallest Twin Tower and the launch of the Motopay app, designed to revolutionize payment systems across the continent.

     The trip also involved exploring opportunities in the food and agriculture sectors, emphasizing Sujimoto’s commitment to driving commerce and improving food security in Africa.

    Meetings with the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa opened avenues for potential partnerships and expanded Sujimoto’s investment appetite. Reflecting on the visit, Dr. Ogundele acknowledged the need to learn from the successful economic diversification efforts of South Africa and Saudi Arabia.
