Popular comedienne Wofai Fada has tied the knot in a civil ceremony to her lover, Taiwo Cole.

Cole’s family denounces son’s marriage with actress Wofai Ewa

The Cole family in Victoria Island, Lagos, has publicly denounced and rejected the marriage of their son, Taiwo Cole, to popular skit maker and actress, Wofai Ewa.

Wofai and Taiwo recently had their traditional ceremony in Ugep, Cross River state.

In a viral statement, the family’s patriarch, Kunle Cole, declared that they were unaware of the marriage plans and therefore did not grant consent or support.

The statement reads partly: “This serves to notify all acquaintances, family, and friends that the Cole family of Victoria Island, Lagos, are not aware of any marriage ceremony of our son, Taiwo Olakitan Cole; neither did we grant permission nor support in this regard,” the statement read.
