However, some of the stakeholders lamented that the major challenge to manufacturing companies was the epileptic power supply, which they said had crumbled many outfits

But Anambra State governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, who was represented by the Commissioner for Industries, Christian Udechukwu, assured that soon the problem of power would be a thing of the past in Anambra State.

According to him,” There is a Bill at the State House of Assembly, and when it is passed, Anambra State will have a power regulator.

“It will bring high quality pricing, integrity and competitive pricing. It will reduce the price. The power we have now has shut down many industries and that is the focal point of the Soludo administration among other things

“Before long, the Solution Government of Soludo will solve that problem of power and soon it will be solved. We’re creating ease of access to production, the reason, roads are being constructed everywhere in the state, over 400 kilometres of them already done,” Udechukwu said.
