BBNaija: What Tobi and I have is “Play friendship” – Cee-C

    As Cee-C and Princess settle…

Tobi had to bring the two girls behind closed doors to settle whatever underlying issues they had

Princess went first stating that there were no issues between them other than the time Cee-C flared up at her during the “chicken incident.”

Cee-C explained all issues as they reached a stalemate.

“I really don’t have issues with you. I thought we were closer,” Princess admitted.

“Moving forward, I don’t want to have issues again. We started very cool; I was eating your food. And we just had a very bad vibe,” Cee-C stated.

Princess admitted that she was disappointed in herself.

“I am the only one that calls people and report them to themselves and leave them to keep talking about the issues.”

“I even pushed you to a guy you liked.”

However, Cee-C tried to clear the air saying she just began to have feelings for Tobi. She admitted she wasn’t in love with him earlier on and he was not in the cadre of guys she liked.

Even though she admitted that the tides have changed now and She and Tobi are getting along.

“I didn’t know when I said Choose me. What we even have now is play friendship,” the down-to-earth Cee-C finally defined her relationship.

Both girls came to the point of resolving all issues from the genesis as well as charted a new template for their “clean slate” friendship.

This was done to the admiration of other house mates.

BBNaija: Tobi becomes first Head of House

Tobi Bakre has been crowned the first Head of House in the on-going Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) 2018 reality show.

The housemate emerged winner of the tasks given to all the contestants by ‘Big Brother’, popularly addressed as ‘Biggie’ yesterday.

The head of house challenge was split into two; the first part was carried out on Sunday after the launch while the second part took place yesterday.

After the fake eviction of the six housemates who could not get bed spaces, ‘Biggie’ announced the first task which involved padlocks.

The “ninjas” had entered the house with locks and keys and each housemate was told to pick a key.

The two housemates who could open the locks won Sunday’s task to qualify for the next round of the Head of House tasks.

Ifu-Ennada, who opened the first padlock and Cee-C, who got the second one were asked to keep the keys and the padlocks for the next round of the task.

Yesterday, Big Brother brought together the winners of the first Head of House game with the lucky six who had been part of the ‘fake eviction’.

The coordination skills of the housemates was put to test in the second task, with the mission of building a balloon tower in just 15 minutes, which appeared to be fairly simple.

Tobi emerged as the winner, having built the tallest balloon tower of all.

As part of the treats for the title, ‘Biggie’ also invited `Kabiyesi’ Tobi to choose a housemate to share the lottery bedroom with. Cee-C volunteered to share in Tobi’s luxury.

Passionate about photography and football, Tobi hopes to spend his cash prize on helping friends and acquiring properties should he emerge as the eventual winner of the show.

Tobi, who is the youngest of four siblings, graduated from the University of Lagos.

Days after they were crowned winners of the 10th edition of the Aquafina Elite Model Look Nigeria, Stephen Aladenika and  Tobi Momoh,  winners in the male and female categories respectively are still  savouring their success of the night.   They beat 18 other finalists, receiving a cash prize of N1m each from the sponsors – Seven-Up Bottling Company Plc, makers of Aquafina table water, in addition to an opportunity to represent Nigeria in the Elite Model Look international competition later in the year.

Attended by notable celebrities and fashionistas, the night of glamour though started behind schedule, it made up for the lost time, as the well-decorated venue in Aquafina’s sky blue brand colour was filled with excitement once the contestants filed out to model attires from several fashion houses, including Mai Atafo, Lanre Da Silva Ajayi and Sisiano that clothed the contestants, and Andrea Iyamah, that made the girls’ swim wears and the boys’ trunks.

After nearly two hours of strutting on the runway, the judges, made up of former Miss World, Agbani Darego, Norden Thurston of Seven-Up Bottling Company Plc and Veronica Odeka picked Stephen and Tobi as winners.

Stephen literally collapsed on stage when he was announced winner, only to be helped to his feet with tears of joy streaming down his face.

Last year’s winners, Davidson Obennebo and Omoh Momoh were on ground to recount their experiences and to encourage the contestants.  In fact, Davidson won the World Contest in 2016, becoming the first African to win the Elite Model Look international contest.
