    Tosin Bee settles dispute with Real Estate Company

    Gospel singer Tosin Bee has expressed gratitude to his fans after a real estate company refunded him after a long-standing dispute.

    According to Tosin Bee, the issue began in 2018 when he purchased land from the company but received only receipts instead of actual land ownership.

    He said that despite demanding a refund, the company allegedly responded briefly before ceasing communication.

    Reacting to his plight, he called out the company on Instagram, sharing his frustrating experience and urging anyone familiar with them to encourage a refund.

    His post gained traction, and he received overwhelming support from his fans.

    Following the backlash, he said the company reached out to him and promised to take swift action to resolve the matter.

    Tosin Bee expressed appreciation for the support and stated his intention to work with the company to find a solution.

    He hopes that incidents like this will decrease in Nigerian markets.

    With the issue now resolved, Tosin Bee thanked his fans, saying, “Good news, my people, PWAN Plus don refund me. Big shout-out to you all for standing by me. I truly appreciate it. Y’all are the real Adurotinis.”

    Gospel singer Tosin Bee has expressed gratitude to fans for the overwhelming support he received after posting about an issue with real estate company.

    Providing an update to his earlier outburst on Instagram, Tosin Bee said a representative from then company has reached out to him and promised to take swift action to resolve the matter in a timely manner.

    He announced plans to continue working with the company to find a solution and hopes that incidents like this will decrease in Nigerian markets.

    He wrote via Instagram: “Hello My People! Thank you so much for ALL the love I’ve received from my post related to real estate company. It’s sad to see things like this happen around us. For now, their representative has reached out to me, and has promised SWIFT action in a TIMELY manner. I will continue to work with them and their team to reach a solution. Hopefully, things like these begin to reduce within the marketplace in Nigeria. One Love, Tosin Bee”.

    Singer Tosin Bee demands refund from real estate firm over unfulfilled land deal

    Gospel artiste Tosin Bee has called out a real estate company over a lingering refund dispute stemming from a land purchase he made in 2018.

    According to the singer, despite paying for the property, he only received receipts and was never granted actual ownership of the land.

    He said his attempts to get a refund were initially acknowledged, but the company later stopped communicating with him.

    Taking to social media, Tosin Bee expressed frustration over the situation, noting that navigating the real estate market in Lagos has become increasingly difficult for individuals like him.

    He appealed to anyone with ties to the company to urge them to return his money, as he continues to seek a resolution.

    “The Real Estate investment space in Lagos is fast becoming a no-go area for people like my humble self. We literally save our 2 kobos to buy land from some outfits, but interestingly, you can’t mention them in a post. Since 2018, I’ve come to realise I only bought the receipt and not the land.

    “I have been demanding a refund, they responded briefly, now they’ve blanked me. They are no longer responding. I’m not about that social media noise… but at this point, let’s start from here. If you know them. Please tell them to pay me my money ooooo”.

    Tosin Bee launches campaign to tackle preventable deaths, out-of-school crisis

    As part of his 40th birthday celebration, gospel music artiste Adejumobi Oluwatosin aka Tosin Bee has launched two social impact campaigns to reduce preventable deaths and address the out-of-school crisis in rural communities.

    The campaigns are being implemented through his non-governmental organisation, Benevolentia Aid Initiative, where he also serves as CEO.

    According to Tosin Bee, the health-focused arm of the campaign will provide free health checks, while the outreach to schools will revolve around the distribution of school materials, scholarships, and free tutoring for less-privileged children.

    “Through health education campaigns and partnerships with local hospitals and doctors, we intend to ensure basic health services reach those who cannot afford them,” he said.

    “We will do this by holding periodic free health checkups in communities that lack it, with the hopes of reducing preventable health issues and early deaths that can be easily prevented. Also, we intend to provide scholarships, school supplies, and community-based tutoring for children in areas that lack them.”

    Tosin Bee revealed that she chose health and education as the focus of Benevolentia’s campaign because of her conviction that if these two issues are resolved in the lives of many, they can begin to build themselves and their community.

    He called on the government, the private sector, and fellow Nigerians to support the NGO by creating an enabling environment to thrive through sound policies and benevolence.

    Tosin Bee urges up and coming gospel artistes to fear God, strive for excellence

    Gospel music artiste, Adejumobi Oluwatosin Akinkunmi, aka Tosin Bee, has called for more collaboration among the gospel music artistes in Nigeria.

    The Olabisi Onabanjo University graduate who made this known in a recent interview also said that rather than focus on self, gospel ministers should  preach Jesus Christ.

    Tosin Bee, during an interview with reporters, also gave an insight into his background in music. “My music prowess dates back to his gene, my grandfather was known to be a very good singer. Starting out in music, I joined ‘da roots’, a 3 man music band which consisted of myself, Rumide and Sam. We rocked all the western states of the country blessing people with a new style of music-ministration.

    “However, the group was disbanded due to individual career pursuit. It was at this point I decided to forge on and make a career out of music.”

    He disclosed that his inspiration comes from God’s word, and  his knack for excellence pushes him to go all out.

    According to him, the challenges he faced as a young gospel music minister include: finance and a sense of uncertainty because the kind of music he does is somewhat different from the regular.

    He said he was afraid people may not really flow with it but “God has shown Himself mighty. It’s been from glory to glory. Always  pushing me a notch higher.”

    He advised other gospel music ministers like him to  stay with what God has called them to do instead of following trends.

    AdejumobI while hinting on his upcoming projects and collaborations says ” I have a lot of things in the works.

    “I just released an 8 track EP not too long ago and it’s doing amazingly well. I have songs ready to be released, collaborating with top gospel artistes in Nigeria and outside of Nigeria.”

    A Nigerian gospel artiste, Tosin Bee has revealed in an interview that it was not his intention to become a gospel artiste.

    He explained that like every other artiste, he has had his challenges in the ministry, including having the right environment “for growth in my field and also financial challenges.”

    Tosin Bee explained that although it was not his childhood dream to become a minister, the gift had been there as an innate ability, which he developed.

    “As I grow, I realise my calling is to use the singing gift that I have as an instrument of worship to God, and also for the kingdom agenda of gospel propagation.

    “My drive for excellence, most importantly, because our God is a God of excellence, always doing good, so anything I present to Him must be good.

    “Well, having the right environment for growth in my field was a problem, as well as financial challenges. Moving from a familiar terrain (Ilorin) to an unfamiliar terrain (Lagos).”

    He described his genre of gospel music as a fusion of tungba/alujo music (African percussion music known among the Yoruba in Southwest, Nigeria) and contemporary gospel. “I have a strong background in both genres of music so I merged them and created a style unique to me.”

    While he is friendly and accommodating, he revealed that he has also put

    boundaries in place “to avoid moves that can mess up the ministry God has given me.”

    He also revealed that he has several songs he would release soon as part of an EP, in collaborations with some of the gospel artistes, Like Prinx Emmanuel, Mr M and Miracle, Adeyinka Alaseyori, Neon Adejo and many more. The title of the new work is ‘I have to tell the world.’

    “I have a number of songs I am dropping soon as part of an EP. It has collaborations with some of the  gospel artistes, Like Prinx Emmanuel, Mr M and Miracle, Adeyinka Alaseyori, Neon Adejo and many more.

    “That will be “I have to tell the world”. The song talks about being vocal about God’s goodness. Sharing the testimony of God’s goodness to the world

    “In all you do fear God and keep his commandments, and always strive for excellence.

    “I have done the Praise Unlimited tour 2023, we had a really good turnout in every city we went to, and the people loved the African music, they really want us back.

    “We are gearing up for the Testimony Tour 2024, we will be going to the US, UK and Canada. We have a long list of cities we are going to perform in.”
