Evicted housemate from Big Brother Naija Season 10, Tracy Ekwe, has explained why she rejected Kuture’s relationship proposal.

Speaking in a post-eviction interview with Classic FM Lagos, Tracy said she values Kuture as a friend, but they aren’t compatible romantically due to their vastly different personalities.

Specifically, Tracy noted that Kuture’s talkative nature, which she described as being “a parrot,” was one of the key reasons she didn’t see him as a suitable partner.

According to her, the trait, while entertaining for the audience, isn’t aligned with her ideal match.

Tracy emphasised that her decision wasn’t meant to be personal but rather a realisation that they wouldn’t mesh well in a relationship.

“Kuture is my friend. He wanted more, but I don’t want more. Because he can’t be my person, even though he is amazing. I think we have two different personalities.

“There were some things about him that I wasn’t okay with, but I didn’t want to change him because we are in a game, and maybe that’s why people like him. I came to find out that people like Kuture because he’s a parrot. So, imagine if I had changed him and he became a quiet person, he would have gone home by now. Our personalities are just not compatible. Besides that, he’s not my type,” she said.

Recall that Tracy was evicted on Sunday alongside Denari during the live eviction show hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.

Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate Tracy has emerged victorious as the fourth Head of House (HOH).   

The two-part challenge, which tested the speed and strength of the 27 housemates, consisted of throwing to a basket and tossing rings a jar and using a dart to burst some balloons.

Tracy outshone fellow finalists Jason Jae, Kaybobo, Mensan and Denari in the final round, securing her position as HOH by successfully placing balls on a board with required balance.

As the current HOH, Tracy gains a significant strategic advantage in the game and has chosen Kuture to share the HOH lounge privileges with her.

Tracy will hold the position of HOH until Monday evening, when the HOH challenger will compete to potentially take over the position.

Second female HoH, Tracy will retain her position as HOH if she wins the challenge again.
