    Muslims receive warm salute at Eid

    TY Buratai Humanity Care Foundation has greeted  the Muslim Ummah on Eid-el-Fitr. This message was conveyed in a statement signed by Chairman, Ibrahim Dahiru Keffi and Betara of Biu.

    The statement highlighted the role played by the Grand Patron, Lt Gen Tukur Buratai (rtd), former chief of Army Staff.

    Gen Buratai urged the Muslim Ummah to embody the spirit of compassion and brotherhood imbibed during Ramadan.

    He called on Nigerians to pray and maintain faith in the administration of President Bola Tinubu.

    The foundation, guided by its motto: “Service to Humanity,” pleaded that global leaders intervene and bring an end to the crises in Gaza, Ukraine, and Russia.

    In a bid to support the less privileged, the foundation encouraged those more fortunate to help those in need.

    Member of Lagos State House of Assembly, representing Ifako -Ijaiye 01, Adewale    Adedeji, also hailed Muslims in his constituency and across the nation.

     In his message,  Adedeji emphasised significance of Eid-ul-Fitr, highlighting its essence of charity, and gratitude, particularly during challenging times.

     He said: ‘’Eid-ul-Fitr reminds us of the importance of charity, generosity, and gratitude towards one another, especially during these challenging times.

     “As we mark the end of Ramadan, a month of fasting and prayer, I urge Muslim faithful to continue to live an exemplary life worthy of emulation by extending a helping hand to the needy, forgiving one another and fostering harmony and unity among people of all backgrounds and beliefs.”

    Foundation seeks unity at Easter

    As Nigerians joined other Christians to celebrate Easter, TY Buratai Humanity Care Foundation has enjoined citizens to embrace unity.

    In a  statement  by  Chairman,  Ibrahim Garkuwan, the foundation emphasised importance of unity and support during Easter.

    Grand Patron, Lt Gen Tukur Buratai (rtd), former chief of Army Staff,  urged Nigerians to unite and assist one another. It highlighted need for unity and solidarity in fostering a stronger and resilient society.

    Further, he encouraged Nigerians to  pray and maintain faith in the administration of  President  Bola Tinubu .

    This, it said, calls  for support and confidence in the leadership, which  aims to promote a sense of national cohesion and progress.
