Former Big Brother Titans Housemate, Yvonne Godswill, has said she would stick with a wealthy cheating partner than be in a relationship with a faithful broke man.

She made this known during an interview on the Big Friday Show With Tacha on Cool FM, Lagos.

According to Yvonne, cheating is not a deal-breaker for her so long as there is mutual respect.

She said: “I prefer dating a rich man that cheats on me to a faithful broke man.

“Men are the same. You see that money? You can never take money out of relationship. I’m not saying it’s okay to cheat. Please, don’t cheat on me.

“You know the worst thing? When a broke man now cheats on you it’s like double suffering. So, I would rather stick to a rich guy that would apologise and keep it moving. 

“But when the disrespect gets too much because I hate disrespect, especially when it’s on a public platform. I’m very big on respect. So if you disrespect me, I’m going to walk away.”

Actress Yvonne Jegede has lambasted Naira Marley and his ally, Sam Larry, for undermining the greatness of MohBad even after death.

All round the country, thousands have trooped out to pay tributes with a candlelight service to the late former Marlian Record signee.

Yvonne criticised Naira Marley and his crew for underestimating MoBbad while sharing clips from the moving incident.

She noticed how they mistook him for an ant, which they could easily smash.

Yvonne also stated that Naira Marley overestimated himself and was yet to see anything.

She wrote: “Sam Larry, you underestimated Imole’s glory, e shock you Abi? You thought he was an any that you could squash? You never see anything at all. Naira Marley, you overestimated yourself, take a look at DJ Splash’s present condition. How intoxicated did you get with power and money to subject people’s children to such?”

Since Mohbad’s death, the singer has been showered with love from celebs and Nigerians.

POPULAR actress Yvonne Jegede took to Instagram to reveal her ordeal at the hands of a pageant organiser who ordered her to rig a competition in a certain contestant’s favour.

“I was called to be the chief judge at the Miss Delta Constituency Beauty Pageant that took place on the 24th June in Delta State, and while I sat at the table with my fellow judges assessing the contestants making sure we picked who deserved to be queen, the organiser came to our table to tell us who should win, who his candidate was,” she revealed.

Continuing her revelation she said that she and the rest of the judges were annoyed at such a request and the idea of being invited to be part of a fraud. She was quick to state that her refusal to play ball led the incensed organiser to refuse to pay for her return ticket, amongst other things.

“The entire judges went angry including myself, wondering why you called us to waste our time if you already knew who the winner was. To be honest, we stood our ground and picked the winner because, the obvious was stated, even the audience wanted the judges pick. Now the organiser IK is mad at me (chief judge) and refuses to buy my return ticket to Lagos and also refuses to pay my hotel bills the next morning. Lol. Just an experience I thought I share. It is well with this country.”

Yvonne’s experience is coming on the heels of the can of worms opened by the winner of the Miss Nollywood Nigeria beauty pageant who alleged that her dethronement was a result of her refusal of the pageant organiser’s sexual overtures.

In a small town of Walewale, the people of Wungu for decades have embarked on a daily 3km walk to fetch drinkable water to feed their families. However, during the week, the award winning actress, inaugurated a borehole for the use of this community with historic roots.

According to information, lack of access to clean drinking water has plagued the people of Wungu and neighbouring communities. Prior to this inaugurate, the locals drank from open holes dug in the sand of dry riverbeds with its contents invariably contaminated. But with the actress’ decision to sink a borehole there, the community now has a healthy source of water supply.

“We hope this will trigger more discussions on how to help more rural communities. Lack of safe drinking water is one of the world’s leading problems. We want to put an end to clean water scarcity in West Africa,” the actress said during the inaugurating.

She also revealed that it is estimated that this borehole will change the lives of over 5,000 people and with continued support of the entertainment industry and Africa World Airlines, stating that this is a first in a series of initiatives targeted at helping women and children in Nigeria and Ghana.

The inauguration ended with a Nursery School visit where she spoke to the youngsters about ‘dreaming big’ and not being defined by their current circumstances.

Walewale is a small town and the capital of West Mamprusi district in the Northern region of Ghana.
