Youth-focused digital media platform, Zikoko, has shown its commitment to personal finance and wealth-building by gathering experts for an event: The Naira Life Conference, on August 8.
Zikoko, known for its African youth culture content, is transitioning its popular #NairaLife series from an online feature to a physical gathering, marking a new phase in its financial literacy advocacy.
The event, to hold at The Jewel Aeida in Lekki, Lagos, will bring together young professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and thought leaders for robust conversations on money, career growth, and building sustainable wealth.
Zikoko’s in-house money columnist, Toheeb Lanlehin, said the platform spent years simplifying complex money conversations.

He noted that the conference would unite everyone from side hustlers to seasoned investors to share practical strategies for achieving financial freedom.
The one-day conference features four main content tracks on different stages of the financial journey – personal finance, which covers budgeting, savings, and daily money decisions; balance sheet, which addresses running a business with emphasis on funding and cash flow management; building wealth, which offers insight on investing in stocks, real estate, crypto and alternative assets; and career growth, which explores job search tactics, skill development, and career advancement strategies.
In addition to the main sessions, the conference will host interactive money clinics, hands-on workshops, panel discussions with industry leaders, and structured networking sessions to connect participants with peers, mentors, and potential investors.
The organisers said the event is open to Nigerians either looking to take control of their finances or scale their professional journey.
