Technical students set to improve skills

Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB) has held orientation programme for new entrants into technical colleges.

Dubbed: “Tech One Students, they “are to spend three years of training in technical and vocational studies to acquire skills before certification for employment.

Executive Secretary of LASTVEB, Ms Moronke Azeez, represented by Director of Curriculum and Exams, Mrs. Bunmi Bada, urged them to improve academically and in self development.

Director of Counselling at Government Technical College, Agidingbi, Mrs. Olubunmi Oladiran, admonished the students to report truancy or violations to the Counselling Office.

The orientation held in all five Government Technical Colleges –  Ikotun, Ikorodu, Agidingi, Epe, and Badagry.
