Ashraf Sanusi, one of the sons of Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II, has taunted his father’s rival the dethroned Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Bayero.
He was reacting to a video posted by Channels TV of his father with the royal umbrella which signifies authority.
He wrote: “Nasarawa Emir’s Palace belongs to the Kano Emirate. There’s no emir of Nasarawa”
The Nation reported that the deposed Emir has been a mini-palace in Nasarawa with his supporters despite Kano Governor’s directive that he should be arrested.
