Today, she is not only keying into the vision and mission of Governor Sanwoolu on housing she is also bringing innovative ideas that will harness all property developers within the metropolis of Lagos under one roof where they will discuss ways to ensure Lagos can meet its housing deficit in years to come due to the projected surge in population with limited housing facilities and also meet its smart city projection.
These averred her to conceive the idea of the annual Lagos Real Estate Market Place conference and exhibitions its third edition would be holding next week under the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority- (LASRERA) with a panel to discuss the topic; “The Lagos Real Estate Emerging Markets – Mitigating Potential Risks.”
Sources say the event is meant to redefine the state’s real estate market to meet the developmental standard and to attract more international investment opportunities to the state.
