Former actress Tonto Dikeh has announced plans to sponsor cosmetic surgeries for three loyal fans as a birthday giveaway.
Dikeh, who’s also had her body enhanced clocked 38 few days ago and has decided to reward three ‘lucky’ fans’ to achieve their ‘dream body’.
The mother of one explained the fans would get ‘all expense paid cosmetic surgeries’ including, liposuction, BBL and rhinoplasty (nose job), done by an aesthetic clinic.

She noted each winner picked for any of the above-mentioned surgeries would be getting an equivalent of N3,000,000 or more worth of service already paid for by her.
According to the ‘philanthropist’ in order to win a slot, fans only had to provide correct answers to three question about the aesthetic clinic which she outlined via her Instagram page.
