Top town planner, Fagbenro Adeniran, and others will be conferred fellows of Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP) at its 55th conference in Enugu on Monday to Thursday.
Adeniran, deputy director of Federal Capital Development Authority, has been in public service for 28 years.
The conference’s recommendations facilitate and organise growth and development of human settlements.
It attracts leading urban and regional planning professionals, as well as scientists, administrators, researchers, office holders and others.

Adeniran has two Master’s: Urban and Regional Planning from University of Ibadan in 2002; and Environmental Management and Protection from University of Abuja in 2018.
He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Town Planners, Town Planners Registration Council; American Planning Association; and Nigeria Environmental Society.
He has attended international conferences like World Urban Forum and local conferences.
