The Commander/Chief Executive Officer, Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), Olaseni Ogunyemi, has warned the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Road Transport and Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) and other transport unions against lawlessness in Sango motor parks.

He urged them to warn their drivers against indiscriminate parking, picking/dropping passengers on the road, as well as sale of alcohol, marijuana and other narcotic drugs in the park.

Ogunyemi spoke through the Ota Unit Commander Adekunle Ajibade, who addressed reporters on the commander’s achievements in the last 365 days as the CEO.

Ajibade hailed Ogunyemi for making the safety of road users a priority. He noted that the commander had always organised training workshop for employees of the Corps, which, according to him, yielded positive results as noticed in the reduced road crashes.
