Tunji-Ojo donates more boreholes in Ondo six communities

The quality, as well as the quantity of water in the public supply, is important for public health. Water is the most valuable natural substance, which is being necessary for the survival of all living organisms.

Life as we know it would not be possible without water. Safe drinking water is a basic need for good health, and it is also a basic right of humans. While substantial progress has been made in increasing access to clean drinking water and sanitation, billions of people—mostly in rural areas—still lack these basic services.

According to the United Nations, worldwide, one in three people do not have access to safe drinking water, many communities in sub-Saharan Africa do not have access to a quality water supply, hence the need for government, and major stakeholders to provide ensure that there is access to the good water supply.

Hon. Olubunmi Tunji Ojo, Federal Lawmaker Representing Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency in his bid to ensure that water is made available to members of his constituency has recently announced the progress made by his led representation in ensuring that adequate and good water supply is made available to all.
