Two construction workers have been abducted on the Lambata-Izom Road in Gurara local government area of Niger State.
The incident occurred at about 4 pm yesterday.
Motorists said they had to wait two hours before being told that the road was free for them to continue their journey.
The Nation learnt that the construction workers were beaten and tied while two of them were taken away by the bandits.
In a related development, terrorists attacked Dnakpala community in Erena Ward of Shiroro local government area, killing two people.
Several others were injured in the attack while foodstuff was carted away.
