The police in Kebbi have arrested two men, Mansur Musa and Aminu Musa, for allegedly cuting off the penis of a 12-year-old boy.
Commissioner of Police Ahmed Kwantagora said the assaulted boy was on September 24 found unconscious in a pool of blood in a forest with his manhood cut off.
He was rushed to Federal Medical Centre, Birnin Kebbi, for medical attention.
On receipt of the report, a team of detectives was detailed to investigate and they arrested one Mansur Musa and Aminu Musa in connection with the case.
The CP said the suspects will be charged to court after completion of investigation.
