The Polytechnic, Ibadan yesterday suspended one student, Beyioku Richard, and expelled another, Oyewole Dotun, for allegedly kidnapping an HND 1 student, as well as assaulting a security official of the institution.
A statement signed by the Registrar of the institution, Modupe Fawale, noted that Oyewole Dotun’s expulsion was determined after the Students’ Disciplinary Committee of the Institution met on his case on October 6.
Fawale said another Olubiro Ajibola, was also suspended for alleged armed robbery.
