The Executive Director of Care for the Physically- Challenged and Destitute Foundation (CAPCADF), Mrs. Gloria Nwafor, yesterday said the votes of the physically-challenged will count on November 16.
She told candidates of the parties preparing for the election that the votes of the physically-challenged would count.
Mrs. Nwafor said those who had no regard for the physically-challenged would not be voted for.
She spoke at Orumba North Local Government headquarters during an empowerment programme for the physically-challenged and the destitute.
