• Presiding officer arrested
The Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi was yesterday delayed in casting hin vote in his unit 14 polling booth, because the result sheet was missing. The presiding officer of the unit has been arrested by security officers while gunmen carted away all the materials at Celestine Omehia’s unit 16, just after he voted, this led to suspicion by All Progressive Congress (APC) members that Omehia was responsible for the act. There were also hearing shooting in the area as at the time of filing this report.
