LOBI Stars management has said it will take drastic steps to reposition the team following its poor run in the ongoing Nigeria Professional Football League.
Vice Chairman of the club, Aondofa Tama, who disclosed this to newsmen shortly after Lobi lost 2-0 at home to Plateau United. He lamented the technical ineptitude of the team.
He also, frowned at the over bloated wage bill caused by continued retention of over 15 ex-players who are still under the payroll of the club, regretting that this to a large extent, has hindered the team from recruiting quality players for the season.
“I have called the attention of the technical team. I gave them two games. We will take some severe measures. I have to talk to my principal to decide on what steps to take.
“We have to calm the nerves of the fans. This is unacceptable. I’m disappointed. We had so many scoring chances and blew them away,” added Tama.
