Veteran actor Charles Awurum has predicted what would happen to those who fail to vote in the 2023 elections.
Awurum, speaking heatedly in a video, cursed not only persons who refuse to vote but also those who would cast their votes for ‘the wrong person.’
According to him: “Anyone who doesn’t vote this time, devil will punish the person! God will punish the person!! Everything in this world will punish the person.
“And if you decide to vote the wrong person, God will send thunder that has gonorrhea to strike you.”
Addressing people who allow tribalism and religion overcloud their reasoning, he noted; “You people should continue to allow politicians use religion and tribalism to disenfranchise you.
Applauded the reawakening of the youth to political consciousness while urging the citizenry to join hands in salvaging the country, he added: “The youths have come out and have said, ‘We must take our country back. We must take back our country. Let everyone join hands to achieve that. Go and vote. We must take Nigeria from top to bottom. We must vote!!”
