The G-5 governors have resorted to organising their events separate from the national leadership of the party led by Dr. Iyorchia Ayu, who they insist must vacate his office to enable genuine reconciliation in the party.

It was gathered that no invitation was extended to Ayu, the PDP Presidential Candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and other members of the PDP Working Committee to attend the Rivers campaign flag-off.

The G-5 governors and their friends recently led the governorship campaign inauguration in Benue State.

The governors with their friends such as a former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, entertained the crowd with their dance steps.
