No fewer than 110 Osun State residents have been sentenced to three hours community service for violating the COVID-19 safety protocols.
A statement by the information officer attached to the COVID-19 Task Force on Thursday noted that 110 residents were arrested at Odo Ori and Oja Oba in Iwo Local Government Area.

Magistrate Opeyemi Badmus and Magistrate Olalekan Adeniyi, who presided over the case, found them guilty of not wearing face masks and sentenced them to three hours of community service.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters Mrs. Abiodun Ige, while addressing the convicts after performing their punishment, appealed to them to assist the state government in fighting the pandemic.
