An Osun State Mobile Court, in Ede on Thursday sentenced 118 residents to three hours community service for violating COVID-19 protocol and not using a facemask.

A statement by the Press Secretary of Osun State COVID-19 Task Force, Mr. Ademola Lawal, said the 118 people were arraigned and convicted by Magistrate Opeyemi Badmus.

He said the 118 facemask violators were guilty under the law as approved by the state governor after their arraignment and they were sentenced to three hours community service.
