Ahead of the 2023 general election, the support base, acceptance and endorsement of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, have continued to expand across the states.
At the Dalori Vanguard Movement threw its weight behind the presidential bid of the former Lagos State Governor.
The group said Tinubu, who is a master of the game, has picked a formidable running mate in the person of Sen Kashim Shettima.
It stressed that the track records of the duo beam a light of hope and progress for the country, should they win in 2023.
Addressing reporters at the weekend, National Coordinator of the group, Ukkasha Rahama said Tinubu has built political bridges from South down to the North which makes him a true reflection of the symbol of National unity anchored on building a United and prosperous nation in which competence and credibility are used as yardstick not religious, ethnic or regional identities.
He said: “The picking of Shettima as running mate seems to be the party’s best bet to winning the 2023 general election.
“Tinubu-Shettima ticket acceptability and popularity from all and sundry is unwavering and will give our party victory in the 2023 general election.
“The pair of Tinubu and Shettima has added value to our great party’s presidential ticket and signaled a strong direction to victory in the 2023 general election. “Rahama said Tinubu’s action plan titled: “Renewed Hope 2023: Action Plan For A Better Nigeria” will guide the administration’s efforts to revolutionise the fortunes of the country if elected.
