3SC will name new head coach to replace former helmsman, Gbenga Ogunbote who moved to Giwa FC recently, a top official of the club has told SportingLife.
The defection of Ogunbote hit the Oluyole Warriors and many of their supporters by surprise by the Media Officer of the club, Jubril Arowolo told SportingLife that the vacuum created by the ex-coach will in no way derail the club’s quest for honours in the league and the Federation Cup next season.
He said the Ibadan side have remained active even before Ogunbote made his intention known and that the players have been training very hard and preparing for life ahead of next season.
“We will get a new coach next week, the General Manager, Rasheed Balogun has told the media. We have not be resting ever since we Ogunbote left. Our training has been going on well and by next week we will name our new coach to complement the work of others in the technical crew,” Arowolo revealed to SportingLife.
