Former General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Mr. Dele Adesina (SAN) has urged Muslim lawyers in the country to to promote justice.
He urged them to continue objective evaluation the state of the Judiciary and legal profession, with the aim of forging a better justice administration system.
Adesina stated this in a good will message to the National Executive Committee of Mulan which held in Dutse, Jigawa State.
He lamented his inability to attend the meeting.
Adesina said: “The central focus of this National Executive Meeting I understand is ‘Catalysing the attainment of justice in Nigeria through the instrument of Sharia’.
“I am confident that the overriding influence of justice at all levels of governance, federal, state and local government will be the primary consideration and promotion of the Sharia system as an integral part of our laws in this country.
