His drive to create budding entrepreneurs during this pandemic draws influence from the way Dolmar himself worked his way through various demanding jobs until he discovered his true passion of real estate investment.
He said, “I faced plenty of setbacks along the way, but I never bickered over it and persevered through all of them. In fact, my success as an entrepreneur was only possible because of the setbacks I could overcome. This pandemic, too, I consider as not an obstacle but a stepping stone to success.”
This winning attitude has seen Dolmar through more than 1,000 real estate deals over the past decade. And now he is coaching and helping aspiring entrepreneurs to use real estate to achieve their goals. He has mentored thousands of students from around the world.
Dolmar advises business enthusiasts to never give up on their goals, no matter how adverse the situation is.
He said, “I’d rather swim against the current over and over again just to see how strong of a swimmer I have become. One can either ride the wave of the pandemic or get crushed under it. I teach entrepreneurs to ride it.” Dolmar likens the pandemic to an ocean of opportunities or miseries, as per one’s perception. And it takes a strong fish to swim against the current, as even a dead one can float with it. Dolmar is creating budding entrepreneurs by instilling such a mindset in people and coaching them to use systems and innovations to turn an adversity into an opportunity.
Dolmar said, “I help people to break down barriers, especially if they belong to traditionally underserved communities, and become entrepreneurs.” Dolmar’s focus is also on building generational wealth through real estate.
Before signing off, Dolmar gave a piece of golden advice to budding entrepreneurs. “Don’t look for the right mentor. See everyone as your mentor. It’ll make all the difference.”
