As part of an effort to provide affordable homes and bridge existing housing deficits, an Abuja real estate firm, Big Homes has unveiled six units of terrace duplex in Mabushi area of the Federal Capital territory.
The firm noted that it will be launching into building one to three-bedroom flats by 2022 so as to provide opportunity for many people to subscribe and buy.
Speaking during the launch of the housing project, Managing Director of Big Homes, Mr Topsy Essien said the company will solve critical problems of housing with affordable homes which many people can subscribe to.
Essien said the unveiling of the Bello’s Court and Zee Project, which had in attendance subscribers, started less than two years, despite numerous challenges.
He added that the firm is all out to provide affordable, luxury housing for Nigerians.
He said, “We are happy that we pulled through to have the commissioning.
“The building we have here is a state-of-the-art project fitted with surveillance cameras, an automated gate, and a biometric entrance.
“We are unveiling a six-bedroom stand-alone triplex and four-bedroom semi-detached terrace duplex”.
Also speaking, Big Homes Lead Sales Broker, Bertha Kingsley, said the firm is out to build the most affordable housing in Abuja, adding that all our projects are located at prime locations.
“We are happy about the unveiling of our projects today which sell at discounted rates.
“By 2022 we will be launching into building one to three-bedroom flats. We’ve been dealing in duplexes, so now we will be going into what many people can subscribe to and buy”, she said.
