Onitiri quits PDP for Labour

Renowned activist and critic, Chief Adesunbo Onitiri, has dumped Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Labour Party (LP), to contest Lagos Central senatorial poll.

In a statement in Lagos,  he said he left PDP for lack of internal democracy and to heed Pa Ayo Adebanjo’s call to support Mr Peter Obi’s presidential bid.

Onitiri was a strong member of the party where he contested against Senator Remi Tinubu in 2019.
