Renowned music producer and Mavin Records CEO, Don Jazzy has left a smile on the face of self-acclaimed online police, Martin Vincent Otse aka VeryDarkBlackMan (VDM).
In support of his new Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), VDM got a substantial financial boost of ₦100 million from Don Jazzy.
VDM, who has been vocal about his plans to launch the NGO, previously appealed to well-meaning Nigerians for financial contributions.
He had already secured ₦70 million in donations before receiving the surprise ₦100 million deposit from Don Jazzy.
In a statement, VDM revealed that along with the funds, Don Jazzy sent him a message emphasising the need for transparency in executing the NGO’s mission.
Don Jazzy further expressed his belief in VDM’s vision and commitment to driving positive change through the project.

Don Jazzy’s text reads “Morning bro. Just saw your post. Na me send N100m to support. I believe in what you are doing and trust you to be as transparent as you have always been. We really need that in our country. I wish you all the best with the project and more blessings to you. E no easy.”
Reacting to Jazzy’s kind gesture, VDM said “I don’t have anything to give you other than to bless you. Don Jazzy may God bless you and keep you. I pray you get the greatest blessing of all time which is long life and prosperity and I implore people in the comment section to pray for Don Jazzy because he’s a blessing to this generation. A hundred million is not a small money that you can throw away like that but he did it for a course to make the public schools better for the young generation.”
