Former Presidential Candidate, Dr. Gbenga Olawepo- Hashim has congratulated Muslim faithful as the country marks the end of Ramadan.
In a message on his Facebook page yesterday, Dr. Hashim remarked that “as we mark the completion of Ramadan and celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, “I join millions of Nigerians and the global community in congratulating you on this joyous occasion.”
According to him, Ramadan has been a period of spiritual rejuvenation, self-reflection, and sacrifice.

“Your devotion, perseverance, and commitment to your faith are a testament to the values that bind us together as a people.”
The frontline politician added that “as we celebrate Eid-el-Fitr let us remember the lessons of Ramadan: compassion, forgiveness, and the pursuit of peace.
“ May these values continue to guide us as we strive to build a more just and equitable society.”
Hashim therefore urges and encourages “all Muslim faithful and wishes them a joyous Eid-el-Fitr celebration filled with love, laughter, and time with family and friends.”
