A 20-year-old man, Omoniyi Akinawo, who allegedly stole two Plasma TV sets and a Samsung mobile phone, yesterday appeared at a Badagry Chief Magistrates’ Court, Lagos.
Akinola, whose address was not stated, is facing a two-count charge of stealing and break-in.
Prosecuting Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Akpan Ikem said the accused committed the offences last December 17 at Idilogun Street, Ilogbo, Lagos.

He alleged that the accused broke into the complainant’s house and stole two Plasma TV sets and one Samsung mobile phone valued at N350,000.
The prosecutor said the accused burgled the house of one Amanzere with intent to steal.
The accused pleaded not guilty.
