The governorship candidate of the Alliance for Democracy (AD) in Lagos State in last year’s general election, Chief Owolabi Salis, has lost his mother, Madam Tayibat Tijanni Fakunmoju.
She died in her sleep last Friday and was buried the next day in line with Islamic injunctions. She was 98.
Madam Fakunmoju is survived by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren and a sister.
