Rock singer Johnny Drille, who bagged the Best Alternative Song Award at the 13th Headies Awards is set for the second edition of Johnny’s Room Live.
The show, which starts this weekend, is scheduled to hold in three cities.
The Lagos edition, the first of the three, will hold on October 27, at the Muri Okunola Park on Victoria Island. The show will continue in Abuja on December 8, and end at the singer’s home city of Benin on December 15.
This year’s concert will feature performances by Drille and other acts.
He said: “I want to give them the greatest show ever.
“Last year, we got fans asking us to hold another edition barely months after the first. That’s what we’re promising. I want to give them a night they’ll want to relive forever.”
The last edition of the intimate concert series treated thousands of fans to live performances of Johnny Drille’s best songs in Lagos and Abuja.
The Mavin Records-signed producer, singer and songwriter, also has four nominations at the Beatz Awards coming up on November 17.
