The joy of both students and staffs of Central Senior high school, Okota Isolo, Lagos knew no bounds as the Alumni set of 1995 donated ICT equipment to the school.
The Class ’95 as part of celebrations to commemorate its 25th year anniversary donated these ICT equipment comprising, new computers with the CPU, broadband WiFi router for internet service, 3-in-1 computer with scanner, printer and photocopier with aim of creating a conducive ICT environment for learning.
Mr. Gbenga Shogbe, the coordinator of the project, in his remarks, said, “This is a school we passed through, where we had our foundation. As promised, we are not relenting on our promises to make sure we keep giving back to the school. We are going to embark on series of projects before June because we will be celebrating twenty five years of leaving our Alma mata”

Shogbe further appreciated the volunteer group members and the class members at large for their financial support toward the success of the projects, He said, “We have people that are in the several works of life that are donating towards this project and collectively we are one. We have over eighty members on the page and the bulk of finances for this project is the monthly due coming from the members and personal voluntary donations from individuals.”
Meanwhile, students of the school, along with their teachers were full of gratitude to the former students for the kind donations toward their learning comfort. In her reactions, the school Principal, Mrs. Bolanle Balogun described the donation as a blessing to the school at the moment.

Similarly, Mr. Ozakpolor Lucky, the PTA Chairman expressed sincere gratitude to the alumni for their sincere contributions especially targeted towards the growth of the students.
