ANCO gets new executive

The new executive members of the Association of Nigeria Courier Operators (ANCO) has been elected.

The new executive was inaugurated in Lagos and would run the affairs of the association for the next four years.

The newly executive members include: Mr. Okey Uba, President; Jumoke Imasuen was elected Vice President; Tolu Omamadaga, General Secretary; Toyin Ade Ojo, Treasurer; Ranti Shobande, Publicity Secreatry Mojisola Rufai-Lariba, Financial Secretary and Siyanbola Oladapo, ex-officio member.

In his acceptance speech, the new president, Mr. Okey Uba, unveiled his programmes, in what he termed a “four-point roadmap,” which including professionalism and human resource development; identification and organization of firms in the industry; harmony amongst industry operators and stakeholders; and the actualisation of government policy on ease of doing business.
