APC inaugurates Adamawa caretaker committee

ADAMAWA State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has inaugurated a caretaker management committee.

It comprises 57 members, 36 at the state level and 21 at the local council level, to serve in interim capacity for the next six months.

Alhaji Ibrahim Bilal is the chairman of the new executive committee (exco), with Wafarniyi Theman as secretary and Mohammed Abdullahi as public relations officer.

The officials were inaugurated yesterday at the party secretariat in Yola.

The committee is mandated to conduct registration of new and old members and to ensure reconciliation of aggrieved members.

Officials of the African Democratic Party (ADC), the party the APC is discussing merger with at the state level, participated in the inauguration of the APC exco.
