All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Anambra State said it had spent over N100 million on relief materials to help indigent members.
Chairman Sir Norbert Obi said the stimulus package would be distributed in all 326 wards to everyone, the physically-challenged.
He added that the move was to cushion the harsh effects of the restriction orders.
Items to be donated include 11,700 bags of rice; 2,140 cartons of noodles; 326 bags of beans and 16,000 bottles of hand sanitisers.

Obi said: “I urge local government, ward chairmen and other executives to share these items equitably to achieve the expected target.”
He hinted that the National Chairman, Victor Oye, had set up an 11-man committee to provide protective medical materials and food items to APGA members and Ndi Anambra across party lines.
“The 11-man committee is to ensure that the relief materials get to the grassroots,” he added.
