    Biggie has issued a strong warning to Chi Chi for her attitude towards Diana.

    Biggie gave out the warning a few minutes after the nomination announcement.

    On Sunday night, Diana got into a shouting match with Chi Chi over her locker.

    The intervention of Deji and other housemates prevented Chi Chi from fighting Diana.

    The housemates were called to the Lounge where a video was played recounting Chichi’s confrontation with Diana.

    After the video was played, Biggie addressed the housemates about conflict resolution and managing their emotions.

    The rule book was then read and Chichi’s transgression of goading was made bare for all to see.

    After Biggie read the rule book, he sounded a strong warning to her.

    Chi Chi has had quite a few outbursts in the House. Some of these events were prompted by the extreme actions of other Housemates.

    Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable has been conferred with the chieftaincy title ‘Amuludun of Tigbo’, a town in Aworiland of Ogun State.

    The term ‘Amuludun’ in the Yoruba language refers to one who makes a town happy.

    The Zazu star has made headlines in recent months for predominantly negative reasons.

    The 28-year-old father of three took to his Instagram page to share the development.

    The controversial artiste was seen in pictures with traditional attire and a traditional cap with the inscription of the title that he was given with a staff.

    In other posts by the artiste, he was spotted with several other Chiefs in the town who blessed him for gaining his new title.

    Portable was also spotted with the popular Fuji artiste, Obesere during the coronation.

    The influencer shared a video of herself and her billionaire elder sister, Linda Ikeji, living their best life and bragging about how they got their money through hard work.

    Taking a swipe at their haters, she told them to run it if it’s that easy.

    Obi Cubana partners Zoe New Dawn to unveil new smart city

    Chairman of Cubana Group, Obi Cubana, has revealed announced a partnership with Zoe New Dawn Nigeria Limited for the development of a mixed housing project in Abuja.

    The partnership is designed to provide about 10,000 units of residential assets for low and middle-income earners, civil servants and others who are desirous of quality accommodation for residential purposes.

    In a statement in Abuja ahead of the official ground-breaking ceremony of the Hill City Community housing project scheduled for September 1, Obi Cubana said: “The partnership between Casa Cubana, owned by the Cubana Group, and Zoe New Dawn Nigeria Limited will offer prospective subscribers global standard residential assets that will guarantee a live, work and play benefits in a well-developed, highly urbanized district of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja”, he said.

    “Affordable housing is a major concern for most residents of Abuja and the new Smart City, Hill City Community housing project is carefully planned and designed to address the challenges of access to quality housing at affordable flexible ownership terms. It will also be built by young Nigerians who will be engaged through direct means.”

    Obi Cubana noted it is another way for him to contribute to humanity through creating employment while bridging the prevailing housing gap.

    Speaking on the inspiration for the housing project, Obi Cubana said he was determined to create jobs for youths while solving the problem of affordable housing for the majority of Nigerians who are seriously negatively affected by housing shortages across the country.

    He further hinted that similar projects are being planned for Enugu, Lagos and Akwa, Anambra state.

    According to him, the Hill City Community housing project in Abuja is carefully located in a secured environment with proximity to the Abuja Airport and other major destinations within the Federal Capital city.

    In the development of the project, architects, engineers and other consultants will be recruited through an open engagement process where everyone who is innovative, creative, competent and passionate will be engaged in the new smart city development.

    To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the demise of its founder, Dr Moses Majekodunmi, St Nicholas Hospital and Moses Adekoyejo Majekodunmi Foundation (MAMF) have collaborated to hold ‘The August Event’.

    ‘The August Event’, which holds on Wednesday, August 24th at the Agip Recital Hall, Muson Centre, Lagos will focus on celebrating the legacy of Majekodunmi and the healthcare system: The past, present and the future.

    The event will also see St Nicholas hospital celebrating among other things it’s international accreditation by the Council for Health Service Accreditation of South Africa.

    The programme will be under the distinguished chairmanship of His Royal Majesty, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.

    The keynote speaker is Dr Desegun Abudu, of the Royal Orthopedic Hospital, Birmingham, United Kingdom.

    The event will also feature other special guests and speakers from Nigeria
    and other parts of the world.

    Speaking at a briefing, the executive director, M.A.M Foundation, Mrs Bolaji Fati said the foundation has been at the forefront of helping the less privileged who suffer health-related and financial issues with different programs such as M.A.M. F Medical Outreaches, Teachers Training Workshop, Nurses Training Workshop, Support a School Project, August Event, Out-of-School Girls Empowerment Program, Girl-Child Scholarship Program, Theological Scholarship, Boluwatife Olatunji Support, Children’s Day event among others.

    “Over the years we’ve had medical outreaches in Lagos State and Ogun State. Those outreaches were in downtrodden areas like Agege and Mushin. We took the doctors at St Nicholas Hospital and also made sure they were given medications during the medical outreaches,” Fati said.

    Also speaking about forthcoming event, the MD/CEO of St Nicholas Hospital, Dr Dapo Majekodunmi, said the event would also address the recent trend of Nigerian doctors and medical workers finding greener pastures overseas.

    “It’s a big issue and I am sure the moderators will talk about it,” he said.

    “Like you said it’s a brain drain, everybody is leaving. I don’t know the statistics but we’ve lost a lot of doctors and nurses in the past one or two years. It’s very difficult to tell them not to go because there are lots of issues here that we can solve on our own. We try our best to provide a conducive environment for them to work here and to make sure they have the tools they need for their job and to make sure they are paid good salaries and we also make sure we keep training people all the time”.
