    He bragged about being a good actor, adding that he i unable to find work because no producer in Nigeria will pay for his services.

    Making references to the top three artistes, Shade stated that the YBNL boss cannot be compared to them and needs to be acknowledged with accolades.

    She emphasised that the popular rapper would have performed better than the top three artistes if he was well appreciated owing his contribution to the industry

    Famous content creator Adebayo Ridwan Abidemi aka Isbae U has celebrated his dad, Sir K Kamoru, a veteran actor, on his birthday.

    He posted a video on his social media page showing the moment he gifted his dad a N1 million cash gift.

    Isaba U was also reported to have acquired a new Mercedees Benz worth millions.

    The father, who seemed extremely excited, showed off his dance moves before drummers.

    Captioning the video, Isbae U wrote: “Gifted My Dad with 1 Million Naira Cash to Celebrate his Birthday, Love you Dad ( Sir K Kamoru).”

    His fans on social media gushed over the kind gesture towards his dad.

    Six Kwankwaso’s supporters die in Nasarawa crash

    Six supporters of presidential candidate of the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP) Rabiu Kwankwaso died in an auto crash when he visited Lafia, Nasarawa State capital to commission his presidential campaign office on Saturday.

    One of the buses conveying them lost control and somersaulted, leading to the instant death of four. The other two died later in an hospital.

    Several occupants of the vehicle also sustained various degrees of injuries and were rushed to an undisclosed hospital for treatment.

    The former Kano Governor consoled with the people of Nasarawa state, families of the deceased and the NNPP over the unfortunate incident.

    Nasarawa state Governor Abdullahi Sule expressed sadness over the accident.

    Sule, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary Ibrahim Addra in Lafia described the loss of lives of citizens under such circumstances as lamentable, urging caution at all times.

    He conveyed his condolences to the families and friends of the bereaved as well as the leadership of the NNPP at the state and national levels.

    He prayed for the repose of the souls of the departed while wishing those injured a speedy recovery.

    YBNL/Empire recording artist Fireboy DML has argued that being conventional doesn’t make one iconic.

    He made this known a few days after the release of his third album titled: ‘Playboy.’

    ‘I have always said it that conventional songs don’t make history, nothing conventional is iconic and my major goal is to surpass the feats of King Sunny Ade, late Fela Anikulapo Kuti, and other iconic music acts,” he said.

    EbonyLife boss, Mo Abudu has embarked on a new phase of her career as a director.

    The producer with several titles to her credit has revealed plans to direct two short films: ‘Her Perfect Life,’ and ‘Iyawo Mi (My Wife)’ in 2022.

    According to Abudu, the process will begin in late August 2022 and she’s willing to learn and immerse herself further in the creative process.

    The Nation reliably gathered that ‘Her Perfect Life’ will feature South African film star Pearl Thusi and U.S.-based Nigerian film and Tv star Joseph Benjamin.

    Abudu’s EbonyLife teamed up with The British High Commission, French Embassy in Lagos, UBA Foundation, Wale Tinubu, Artsplit Limited, and Sporting Lagos for the two projects.

    In 2017, Abudu attended London Film School and completed the course in directing to improve her filmmaking skills. She’s set to put the experience and knowledge to use.
