Comedian Stanley Chibunna aka Funnybone has reacted to Beauty’s disqualification from the ongoing BBNaija season seven show.

Biggie said: “Your actions last night were out of line; you should have managed your emotions. You removed your microphone; you threw another object at Groovy after throwing your glasses, wig at him….”

  • Victor Osimhen Set to Receive €115,000 Weekly During his Napoli Exile in Gala

Victor Osimhen Set to Receive €115,000 Weekly During his Napoli Exile in Gala

After talks of a possible loan move to London outfit Chelsea collapsed, Victor James Osimhen sealed a deal that will see him earn up to €115,000 every week playing for Turkish giants Galatasaray. The former Lille marksman was set to join Chelsea, Paris Saint- Germain of Al-Ahli. Despite reaching an agreement with Napoli, Al-Ahli opted for Brentford’s Ivan Toney. Osimhen also rejected Chelsea’s salary offer, opting to remain at his parent club. However, he faces a tough decision after coach Antonio Conte axed him from the squad in favor of new arrival Romelu Lukaku. The transfer window has closed for English clubs but is still open for Turkish leagues, and Osimhen seems set to join Galatasaray.

    Victor Osimhen Stats and Prospects

Victor James Osimhen is a top prospect for many European clubs and has seen interest from Arsenal, Chelsea, PSG, and clubs in the Arabian leagues. Since joining from Lille in 2020, the striker has scored 76 goals and assisted 18 times in 133 outings for Napoli across all competitions. Sixty-five of those goals have been scored in Serie A, including 26 that helped Napoli clinch the 2022-2023 Scudetto for the first time during the post-Maradona era. However, Napoli failed to build on their achievement and fell outside European competitions in the last season, a situation that may have prompted Osimhen to seek a move.

The striker was also affected by injuries throughout the season but managed to score 15 times and is now ranked 12th in the all-time top scorers for Napoli. Despite his struggles in the 2023-2024 campaign, the 24-year-old was crowned African Footballer of the Year. Osimhen is also a favorite among fans and online betting sites, with punters often backing him to find the net at any time. Most sportsbooks feature in-game props and futures for the player. You can also find moneyline and spread bets, as well as bonuses and boosted odds, depending on the bookmaker you sign up with. Given his prolific goal-scoring abilities, you can bet on Osimhen to score for Galatasaray multiple times during his limited spell at the club.

    Galatasaray Announce Osimhen Deal Reached

Osimhen was determined to leave Napoli at all costs after being left with the prospect of missing out on competitive football until January 2025. Antonio Conte chose Lukaku to lead the lines for Napoli, leaving Osimhen on the bench. No one envisioned Osimhen to end up in Galatasaray but the Turkish club became a viable option after most transfer markets closed before an agreement was reached. The Turkish transfer window will close on September 13 and Galatasaray offered Osimhen a last-ditch deal that has now been confirmed by the club. According to the official statement on Monday night, Galatasaray has begun negotiations with Napoli regarding the temporary transfer of Osimhen.

Another statement was released on Wednesday confirming that an agreement for a one-year loan spell had been reached between the parties involved. Osimhen will be joining Galatasaray for the 2024-2025 campaign and will be a straight loan deal with no obligation or option to buy. The transfer was secured without a fee and Osimhen will have a chance to find another club during the January transfer window. He recently signed a new Napoli deal featuring a reduced release clause. The initial deal was thought to carry a £113 million clause. However, after Napoli failed to release him this summer, the club offered a reduced clause of around £80 million. The Super Eagles’ marksman was given the number 45 jersey by his new club.

    Osimhen’s Galatasaray Salary and Future

Nigeria’s Victor James Osimhen will earn a €6 million net salary during his one-year loan spell at Galatasaray. The deal was officially announced by the Turkish club, which means Osimhen will walk home with €115,000 weekly in after-tax income. Osimhen’s loan move to Galatasaray is merely a convenience and he remains one of the world’s most in-demand strikers. Many pundits expect him to find a club during the January transfer or next summer, especially after he expressed his desire to depart. Chelsea remains the top contender despite their most recent failed attempt at bringing the player to Stamford Bridge.

The new reduced release clause also gives more clubs a chance to sign him, making a permanent move away from Napoli almost certain. Osimhen has already expressed his desire to depart, and Chelsea, PSG, Arsenal, and Saudi clubs will all be watching the situation. His current contract with Napoli extends to 2026 and the club has an option to extend it by 12 months to retain his value if they fail to offload him next year. Although things have simmered down at least until January 2025, Osimhen’s future is still open and the striker has another chance to showcase his talents at the professional level. His new club is also one of the biggest in the Süper Lig and now has a world-class marksman for up to a year.

    Key Takeaways

The summer transfer window is all but done in most countries and the big hitters have made their moves. What remains is for the teams to finetune their squads and settle in their leagues. Bettors also have thousands of markets every week to place their wagers. Osimhen has found his out after a whirlwind of a transfer saga and will be in action to help Galatasaray increase their goal tally and retain their league title.
